Perkins Coie partners Sarah Piepmeier and Sarah Fowler have appeared on behalf of Microsoft in a patent infringement case pending in the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of California.
Fowler, who specializes in complex patent and trade secret matters, made her appearance on Monday. Piepmeier, who leads the firm’s high-profile intellectual property cases, appeared on Aug. 7.
