Google was hit with a patent infringement complaint over its alleged use of a system to cool the powerful circuit boards needed to run its AI computing servers.
The complaint was filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California by Weeks Nelson Law on behalf of San Diego inventor James Hildebrandt.
