Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith filed a lawsuit against real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Wednesday, alleging the brokerage owes more than $86,000 in unpaid legal fees for numerous matters from 2020-2022.
