McDermott Will & Emery partner and Los Angeles litigation practice head Jon Dean joined Sidley Austin's commercial litigation and disputes practice on Wednesday.
Dean is a former prosecutor and trial lawyer with expertise in an array of commercial litigation, including antitrust, employment, health care, patent and trade secrets. He joins Sidley Austin after more than 18 years at McDermott Will.
