A former statehouse aide has sued the state Senate and his former boss, Sen. Marie Alvarado-Gil, R-Jackson, for alleged sexual harassment.
The 38-page complaint, filed Sept. 5 in Sacramento County Superior Court by Chad Condit, said he endured “sexualized and domineering” behavior by Alvarado-Gil while he served as her chief of staff between 2022 and 2023.
