A federal judge in Pennsylvania denied Lyft's motion to dismiss a lawsuit brought by a Lyft driver who claimed he was entitled to uninsured motorist coverage following a car accident, with the court concluding he successfully established that Lyft agreed to cover him in the event he was injured.
