A San Francisco judge has rejected a last-ditch effort by students and alumni to keep Golden Gate University School of Law’s juris doctor program operating.
Superior Court Judge Richard Ulmer Jr. on Monday denied the plaintiffs’ request for a preliminary injunction that would have forced the small San Francisco campus to continue offering law degree coursework through the 2024-25 school year.
