Josh Stambaugh, the new managing partner of Los Angeles-based boutique Frost LLP, is all in on the firm's ambitious plan to spread its "unapologetically aggressive" litigation style across the country.
An avid poker competitor, Stambaugh is proudly in the business of calculating risk. He told The Recorder that Frost is actively recruiting to build a platform that can bill at "20 to 30% less than is common from our Big Law counterparts" but still delivers "the same level of service."
