Morgan, Lewis & Bockius has hired intellectual property litigator Sarah Guske as a partner in its San Francisco office as it works to build out its team of patent litigators on the West Coast.
Guske joins Morgan Lewis after more than eight years as a partner at Baker Botts, where she most recently chaired the firm's intellectual property practice in San Francisco and also served as co-chair of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) trials group.
