Litigator Nima Mohebbi will depart Latham & Watkins after more than 12 years to join Sidley Austin as a partner in its commercial litigation and disputes practice in Los Angeles.
Mohebbi is a trial lawyer with experience in complex commercial litigation. He first joined Latham in 2012 as counsel and was with the firm for nearly 13 years prior to his departure, though he did work there for three months as a summer associate in 2009.
