Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton added an experienced federal prosecutor to bolster its Americas litigation practice in Matthew Yelovich, who joined the firm as a partner in San Francisco.
Yelovich was most recently the deputy chief of the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of California, as well as the appellate chief of the district. He previously held assistant U.S. attorney (AUSA) positions in California's Northern and Eastern districts.
