A class action lawsuit filed Thursday in California state court has accused The Hershey Co. and its brand name gum, Bubble Yum, of allegedly failing to warn that its products potentially expose consumers to perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances, also know as "forever chemicals."
