Pre/Dicta Expands Litigation Analytics Platform to California, Its First Venture Into State Courts
In an expansion enabled by the 2023 purchase of Gavelytics, the company will predict case timelines and motion outcomes in California Superior Courts, with the hope of expanding to additional states in the near future.

On Thursday, litigation analytics provider Pre/Dicta announced the expansion of its litigation analytics platform to cover California's Superior Courts, marking the company's first move into state court analytics.
Pre/Dicta uses a diverse array of data sources to predict the length of the various phases of a matter, as well as the likelihood of success for several motion types.
