Alejandro Barrientos, a deputy federal public defender in Los Angeles, is leaving on Monday, according to Thursday’s filing. Two attorneys remain on Girardi’s legal team, Deputy Federal Public Defenders Charles Snyder and Sam Cross, to review a Nov. 1 presentence report from a probation officer.
