Farella Braun + Martel added Alexis Loeb as a partner in its white-collar defense, internal corporate investigations and business litigation groups, the firm announced Wednesday.
Loeb has spent nearly 12 years in the public sector, including almost six years as an assistant U.S. attorney in the Northern District of California. She previously held positions as a trial attorney with the Department of Justice's Criminal and Antitrust divisions and the International Unit of its Money Laundering and Asset Recovery section in San Francisco and Washington, D.C. Before joining the public sector, she was an associate at Boies Schiller Flexner.
