Native American tribes in California represented by Keker, Van Nest & Peters sued dozens of card rooms last week for allegedly profiting from illegal gambling by offering "banked" Las Vegas-style casino games.

On Tuesday, Keker filed a request for a temporary restraining order to prevent casinos from deleting surveillance video footage of gaming tables. A hearing before Judge Lauri Damrell is scheduled for 9 a.m. PT on Wednesday, Jan. 8, in the Sacramento Superior Court.
