Kevin Boon, a seasoned corporate counsel attorney and the chief legal officer for Mysten Labs, switched his position on Thursday to the president of the blockchain infrastructure company.
And Boon observed that attorneys in the tech general counsel space have to wear “the business hat” and be everywhere, because employees are prone to make mistakes that could result in “really scary things happening.”
