The Delaware Court of Chancery case that overturned Elon Musk's pay package at Tesla has been appealed to the Delaware Supreme Court, with Musk, Tesla and investors all filing appeals Wednesday.
Those three filings join another appeal, brought by a group of other shareholders challenging Chancellor Kathaleen St. J. McCormick's decision on their standing.
