Ferguson Braswell Fraser Kubasta has expanded its Orange County, California, office, adding six lawyers from Vogt, Resnick & Sherak, led by Barry Resnick, as the Plano, Texas-based midsize firm continues to invest in the California market.
Ferguson Braswell meanwhile also recently moved to a larger office in Irvine, California. The firm launched its Orange County office in January 2024 by combining with Costa Mesa-based Stephens Friedland.
