Paul Hastings has picked up former Willkie Farr & Gallagher music and digital media practice group chair Sidney Fohrman, the firm announced Thursday.
Fohrman joined Paul Hastings as a partner and chair of the firm's music industry practice. He has been advising the music industry since 2004. He represents a wide array of clients connected to it including talent, public figures, private and public companies, and asset managers related to their work with live events and entertainment. Fohrman also advises music labels, publishers, media companies and content creators on transactions.
