Global technology law firm Pearl Cohen Zedek Latzer Baratz has entered the San Francisco market through a combination with intellectual property boutique Vierra Magen Marcus.
Vierra Magen founding partners Burt Magen, Brian Marcus and Larry Vierra have joined as partners in the firm's U.S. STEM practice group, along with partner Jeff Kurin, of counsel Peter Gallagher and senior associate Ronald Pomerenke. Several business professionals also joined Pearl Cohen from Vierra Magen, which has ceased operations following the move.
