California pistachio giant The Wonderful Company has filed a trademark infringement complaint against a Canadian corporation it says is deliberately trying to confuse customers with its own “Wonder”-branded nut products.
The complaint filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court in the Central District of California’s Western Division alleges Own Your Hunger Inc. failed to honor a September 2024 ruling from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office refusing to register Wonderspread, a line of nut butters.
