Microsoft has been hit with at least three class actions in Washington federal court, becoming the latest company—after fintech giant PayPal and credit card company Capital One Financial—to field claims it stole marketing commissions from online influencers.

Complaints backed by Tousley Brain Stephens and Stueve Siegel Hanson, Cafferty Clobes Meriwether & Sprengel and Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy were filed on Jan. 31 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
