Ronnie Clark was a convicted felon in Florida. Clark was travelling on a motorcycle at about 115 miles per hour through Louisiana from Texas to Florida.
State troopers pursued Clark, but he did not pull over. A road block was set up by two troopers, who both fired at Clark as he went around the road block.
