SAN FRANCISCO — Back in 1982, “Eye of the Tiger” dominated the music charts, and Judge Stephen Reinhardt settled in for his second year at the Ninth Circuit, “just trying to figure out what being a judge was like,” he remembers.
Helping him was a recent Harvard Law School grad named Deval Patrick.
