The First Appellate District affirmed a judgment. The court held that the terms of an automobile insurance policy did not as a matter of law afford coverage for a driver named in the declarations page who was injured by an uninsured motorist while on foot in a crosswalk.

David Pearson and his fiancee, Susan Hyung, were struck by a car driven by an uninsured motorist while on foot in an intersection crosswalk. Hyung was killed. Pearson was badly injured.
