The Fourth Appellate District reversed a judgment. The court held that issues pertaining to an established guardianship of dependent children needed to be heard in the dependency court, and not the family court.

A dependency petition was filed as to siblings Kenneth S., Jr., and William B. The dependency court ultimately ordered a permanent plan of guardianship. The court directed that visitation between the minors and their father, Kenneth S., be supervised as approved by the family court. The court terminated dependency jurisdiction.
