SAN FRANCISCO — The Administrative Office of the Courts has released the latest study of the San Francisco Superior Court’s criminal case management practices, and the results are a mixed bag.
The new report, meant to check on the court’s progress since the state AOC conducted a similar study in late 2006, says San Francisco has reduced the size of its pending workload in both misdemeanors and felonies.
