SAN FRANCISCO — Last December, the president of the National Federation for the Blind asked the president of the Law School Admission Council to discuss problems blind students were having accessing LSAC’s Web site.

LSAC scheduled a late January meeting, then canceled it. Believing that the matter was of a low priority for LSAC, the NFB, with Berkeley’s Disability Rights Advocates advising, sued Thursday in Alameda County Superior Court.
