Silicon Valley dealmaker Steven Tonsfeldt has landed at O’Melveny & Myers, ending a circuitous 4 1/2 month journey that began when his old firm, Heller Ehrman, dissolved in September.
For Los Angeles-based O’Melveny, Tonsfeldt steps into the void left by the departure of Steve Camahort, Michael Kennedy and Michael Dorf, three M&A heavy hitters who jumped to Shearman & Sterling last October.
