SAN FRANCISCO — It looks like Los Angeles’ Reish Luftman Reicher & Cohen is losing name partner Bradford Cohen and partner Michael Foster to Venable, which has snapped up at least two other partners from L.A. firms since the start of the year.

It’s unclear when the two tax and estate planning attorneys will make their move or how many of Reish Luftman’s nine other estate planning lawyers might make the move with them. “We have an approximate date when we’re going there,” Cohen said, declining to give details at press time. “We’re going, assuming they say come over.”
