The future of E-Verify looks hazy, but it will definitely be here this fall — in one form or another.
That’s the government’s latest word on E-Verify, the online system that lets employers make sure workers are eligible to work in the United States. The 10-year-old voluntary program won key re-authorizations from the House and Senate recently.
