SAN FRANCISCO — Former Foley & Lardner attorneys Gerald Swiss and Lorna Tanner have launched a boutique specializing in patent prosecution and counseling for start-up pharmaceutical companies.
Swiss, most recently the managing partner of Foley & Lardner’s Silicon Valley office, said he wanted to provide more cost-effective services to clients.
