SACRAMENTO — Bleary-eyed lawmakers finally concluded their regular session work around 6 a.m. Saturday, but not before taking a swipe at the judicial process.
No, they didn’t whack the courts’ budget again. But they did attack specific environmental litigation. In one case they tried to quash a pending lawsuit. In another, they attempted to pass legislation nullifying a recent court decision.
