When Allison Leopold Tilley says that she and her colleagues at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman were with Atheros Communications Inc. from day one, she means it. The company’s founder, Teresa Meng, actually worked out of the firm’s Palo Alto office as she got the wireless networking company off the ground in the mid-’90s.
“She hung out in our conference room for a couple of months, so we were really there from the start,” Tilley said.
