The International Trademark Association will give Kelly McCarthy the 2009 Volunteer Service Award for the Advancement of the Association at its annual leadership meeting on Nov. 11. McCarthy, a Sideman & Bancroft partner, focuses on brand protection issues and trademark and copyright portfolio management. She received her J.D. from Hastings College of the Law in 2001.
