Michael Sears has joined Bank of the West as vice president and senior counsel and will serve as the company’s in-house employment law/human resources attorney. Sears, who previously was an in-house employment law attorney with Charles Schwab & Co. Inc., received his J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law in 1991.
