SAN FRANCISCO — The fight over who gets to use the name of the most iconic stretch of pavement in Silicon Valley has ended. The winner: Sand Hill Advisors LLC. The loser: Sand Hill Advisors LLC.

Named after its original location on venture-capitalist row on Sand Hill Road, wealth-management firm Sand Hill Advisors sued a Los Altos commercial real estate company, also named Sand Hill Advisors, for trademark infringement in 2008.
