The court of appeals affirmed a judgment of the district court. The court held that the district court lacked jurisdiction to hear §1983 claims of an autistic student’s mother who failed to exhaust her administrative remedies under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act with respect to provisions of her son’s individualized education plan.

D.P. was an autistic student who was enrolled in a class taught by Jodi Coy at Artondale Elementary School in the Peninsula School District in Washington.
