SAN FRANCISCO — British company Datel can move ahead with an antitrust lawsuit against Microsoft Corp. over Xbox 360 accessories now that a Northern District judge has denied most of a motion to dismiss.
Datel, which makes memory cards and controllers for the video game system, sued last November alleging antitrust violations after Microsoft released a software update for Xbox users that disabled the kinds of memory cards that Datel sells.
