SAN FRANCISCO — Santa Clara County line prosecutor Jeffrey Rosen has claimed momentum in his quest to oust his boss, District Attorney Dolores Carr, in the June 8 election.
He raised more money than Carr between March and May, though she still has amassed more money than he has overall. Carr starting raising funds for her re-election long before Rosen launched his campaign last summer.
