SAN FRANCISCO — Three resolutions making changes to the State Bar Board of Governors’ bylaws were quietly adopted at the group’s mid-May meeting.
All three seemed innocuous enough in that they addressed committee structures, altered the board’s meeting dates and set out the responsibilities of the State Bar’s president and president-elect.
