Jane Doe broke up with her boyfriend, Cesar Garcia. The next day, she took Vicodin, drank alcohol and fell asleep on her couch. Garcia, who did not live with Doe and did not have a key to her home, entered her house through an unlocked door and had sex with her while she was asleep.
