SAN FRANCISCO — Three men and two women, including a San Francisco business litigator and an antitrust and trade regulation lawyer from Palo Alto, won seats today on the State Bar Board of Governors.

Loren Kieve, 62, principal with Kieve Law Offices Inc. in the Presidio, won the Marin-San Francisco seat in a three-man race, and Alec Chang, 45, a partner in Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom’s Silicon Valley office, will represent Alameda, Contra Costa, San Mateo and Santa Clara counties.
