Alison Wright has joined Baker & McKenzie as a partner. Wright, who was previously with Howard Rice Nemerovski Canady Falk & Rabkin, focuses on the tax, securities and ERISA aspects of executive and equity compensation. She received an LL.M. from New York University School of Law in 1996 and a J.D. from UC-Davis School of Law in 1995.
Alexander Hamilton has joined Rimon Law Group as a partner. Hamilton, who was previously with MBV Law, focuses on real estate law. He graduated from University of Houston Law Center in 1984.
