SAN FRANCISCO — An antitrust suit filed Wednesday in San Francisco federal court accuses an Ohio nonprofit of driving out rivals in the library services markets with a range of anti-competitive practices, including punishing its library customers for shopping around.

Represented by Shartsis Friese in San Francisco, Emeryville-based SkyRiver Technology Solutions and its parent corporation, Innovative Interfaces Inc., filed suit against OCLC Online Computer Library Center Inc.
