Beth Jay has received the State Bar’s 2010 Bernard E. Witkin Medal . Jay is principal attorney to Chief Justice Ronald George, a post she has held since 1996. She graduated from Stanford Law School in 1972.
Marc Tarlock has joined Farella Braun & Martel as an associate. Tarlock, who was previously with Kirkland & Ellis, is a member of the intellectual property and technology department. He earned his J.D. from University of Chicago Law School in 2008.
