SAN FRANCISCO — In an effort to bolster its cloud security strategy, CA Technologies is buying authentication and fraud securities vendor Arcot Systems Inc. in a $200 million all-cash deal. It’s expected to close by the end of September.
Sunnyvale-based Arcot was represented by O’Melveny & Myers. The Silicon Valley-based team was led by corporate partners Warren Lazarow and Paul Sieben. They were joined by Newport Beach counsel Megan Gess and Silicon Valley associates Sofia Lou and Timothy Hagen.
