The Fourth Appellate District affirmed an order. The court held that a presumed father whose child was ordered returned to the custody of her mother, with whom she had resided prior to initiation of dependency proceedings, failed to show that that the court erred in ordering family enhancement services for him rather than with reunification services.

The Orange County Social Services Agency initiated dependency proceedings after three-month-old A. suffered a non-accidental fracture while at her presumed father B.L.’s residence.
