SAN FRANCISCO — Federal Circuit Chief Judge Randall Rader has tapped Silicon Valley patent lawyer Edward Reines to chair the patent court’s Advisory Council, the court announced Friday.
Rader also tapped in-house lawyers at Intel and Apple for the council, which previously only included lawyers at firms and in government and academia.
